TRADE STALLS

 

No outdoor event is complete without the contribution its valued stall holders make to the proceedings, and Bute Highland Games is no exception!

 

Through the years the support of our stall holders has made a significant impact on the overall ambience of the event, and the diverse range of products they offer adds an extra element to the day’s activities.

 

If you run a business or organization and are tempted to consider enjoying the delights of a traditional Scottish gathering with the benefit of meeting lovely people, then for once “mixing business with pleasure” is just the answer for you!

 

TRADE SPACE  Games Park Plan

 

Commercial  (maximum depth 4 metres)

 

Prices for 2025 have been held again this year and will be:

 

£50   –   Minimum 3 metre frontage

£15   –   Additional frontage (per metre)

Registered charity  (maximum depth 4 metres)

£30   –   Minimum 3 metre frontage x Isle of Bute based charity

£40   –   Minimum 3 metre frontage x non-Isle of Bute based charity

£10   –   Additional frontage (per metre)

Applications for our 2025 Trade Stalls are now open

 

Application forms can be downloaded and once the application form has been completed please send it, together with your payment method along with copies of relevant risk assessments and liability insurances, to our Trade Stalls Convener, Stewart Shaw, who will dispatch entry tickets to you nearer the date.

 

Please be aware, in becoming a stall holder at the Games, it will be necessary for you to accept the requirements of our terms & conditions.

 

Please note that we are not accepting any further vendors of alcoholic beverages. We will also not permit alcoholic 'off-sales' by stall holders.

 

We do hope we will have the privilege of welcoming you as a stall holder to Bute Highland Games.
